Welcome to your home away from home! We are thrilled to have you as our guest at the Memphis Midtown Marvel!  Whether you're here for business or leisure, we hope your stay with us exceeds your expectations.

Our goal is to provide you with a comfortable and memorable experience. If there's anything you need or if you have any questions about the area, don't hesitate to reach out. We're here to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.

Inside the accommodation, you'll find plenty of comfortable spaces to stretch out and relax, and we've also prepared a guidebook with local recommendations, including the best restaurants, attractions, and hidden gems. Feel free to explore the neighborhood, and if you need any assistance navigating the area, we're happy to help.

ARRIVAL INFORMATION

Front Door Lock: We will provide you with an access key code before arrival. This will allow you to check yourself in to the property.  
Simply enter the 6 digit code and the door will unlock.  To lock just press the lock symbol on the outside.  To lock from the inside just turn the thumb knob.

ABOUT THE HOUSE 

· The Thermostat is located on the wall on the east side of the house, in front of the large bathroom.

· Kitchen and appliances: The Dishwasher: It's very simple, we promise! We provide a supply of dishwasher detergent - you will need to put one tablet in the flip box container on the inside of the dishwasher door. Then press the program button of your choice - there are a few settings which are obvious - then press the start button.
 

The Fridge/freezer: You should not need to adjust any settings. If you run into any difficulties (e.g. it's not cooling efficiently) please let us know.
 

We have a drip coffee maker, which is on the counter.  Coffee filters are provided in the cabinet over the coffee maker.  
 

The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to prepare a home cooked meal. Also, some basic staples like sugar, flour and some spices are provided. A blender, crockpot, waffle maker, and mixer are provided for use as well and are stored in the pantry. 

· Laundry Appliances: We have a washer and dryer located in the utility room downstairs just off the kitchen. There is a supply of detergent for your use. To operate the machines, simply select the program you want, place the detergent in the bottom of washer barrel, close the lid, and hit start.
 

**Don't forget to check/clean the lint screen in dryer. 

· Entertainment: All the tv's are smart TVs with Roku's.  Several different apps are already installed, so all you need to do to log in with your account information.  

· WIFI: There is free Wi-Fi for your use. The WiFi name and password will be provided during check in and is displayed in the home.

The service is provided for your enjoyment, but you are responsible for safe and appropriate use and complying with all laws. 

HOUSE RULES

The house is in a residential neighborhood, so please be respectful to the people that live in the area. Specifically, between the hours of 10pm and 8am noise should be kept to a minimum.  Thank you so much in advance!

· Breakages

We understand that sometimes accidents happen! Should you break anything please let us know immediately - if it's minor, we usually won't charge. If it's a larger issue (e.g. the TV screen!) We would like to agree the cost with you before you leave to avoid any issues later. Thank you!

· Pets

We love animals but we chose to make this home pet-free due to many people being allergic.

What to do in an Emergency:

For emergency services (ambulance, police, fire) please immediately call 911. Do not delay if you feel an emergency has arisen. State your location:  1489 Snowden Ave, Memphis, TN 38107.

In case of a fire

• Exit the property as quickly as possible

• Ensure that all persons are accounted for

• Dial 911 and ask for ‘FIRE’

• State your location 

Do not attempt to re-enter the building until an emergency personnel state that it is safe to do so.

After you are in a safe place, please notify us of the emergency.
